Saboo Components & Relays LLP (formerly Vikas Electro Sales) was established back in 1985 with the vision of offering quality components and supply chain management support to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), original design manufacturers (ODMs) and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) in India.
We work closely with our suppliers to align technical, commercial and supply chain support to customers to become their valuable long term partner in their growth, supported by a team of professional engineers aimed at helping customers to get operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
With our comprehensive network of electronic component suppliers, we offer an added service to support extensive source and international procurement for our valuable customers. We position ourselves as a procurement agent and distributor to purchase electronic components from preferred suppliers, for and on behalf of our customers.
Our experience and expertise in India’s electronics industry of more than three decades has enabled us in becoming a one-stop distributor for all design related needs, at the most competitive prices.
Management Team
Inorder to cope with the growing business needs a new company has been formed by the name of Saboo Components & Relays LLP in the year 2012 by Mr. V. N. Saboo & Mr. Arun Saboo. Formerly they were well known in the electronic industry by the name Vikas Electro Sales since 1985.

BRIEF HISTORY
Vikas Electro Sales was established in the year 1985 by Mr. V.N.Saboo (B.Sc, B.Sc-Tech, MBA) & later-on joined by Mr. Arun Saboo (B.Com). Vikas Electro Sales was a well known name in the industry for business ethics and honesty and for supplying genuine parts at very competitive rates. Vikas Electro maintained stock of components regularly required by its customers. Vikas Electro believed that its customer should not suffer for want of components. Vikas Electro Sales had been an Authorized Distributor of M/s. Spectrol Reliance Ltd-UK for potentiometers for 5 years from 1989 to 1994 & M/s. Philips Semiconductors - Netherland (Now NXP Semiconductors), for ICs and Discrete Semiconductors. With the name change, we also broadened the organization structure, by moving from a proprietary concern (Vikas Electro Sales) to a Limited Liability Partnership ( LLP) company viz Saboo Components & Relays LLP.
